Weedza Payment Terms

1. Pricing and Currency

• All product prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are applicable to sales and services within Thailand.

2. International Payments and Exchange Rates

• If you use an international credit card or other non-local payment methods for your purchase:
  • The system will automatically convert the Thai Baht (THB) amount into your card’s billing currency (e.g., USD, EUR, etc.).
  • The final amount charged will depend on your issuing bank’s exchange rate and any applicable cross-border transaction fees.
  • Weedza does not charge any additional currency conversion or exchange rate fees.
  • Exchange rate fluctuations are normal; please refer to the actual amount charged by your bank.

3. Payment for Local Thai Residents

• For customers residing in Thailand, we recommend using local payment methods such as ScanPay or PromptPay:
  • Paying directly in Thai Baht (THB) allows you to avoid price differences caused by currency fluctuations.

4. Payment and Exchange Rate Disputes

• If you have any questions regarding your checkout amount or the exchange rate used, please provide the following information:
  1. A screenshot of your order (including the order time and product amount)
  2. Transaction details or billing records from your issuing bank
• We will assist in verifying the market exchange rate at the time of the transaction and provide explanations or supporting documents to clarify the source of any differences and protect your consumer rights.
