Online Shopping Terms and Conditions

Weedza is the operator of this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). To protect consumer rights and clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, these terms constitute a contract between you (the “Consumer” or “you”) and the Company regarding online shopping and related services. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this Site.

Article 1: General Provisions

  1. These terms apply to all online orders, top-ups, and other related transactions conducted through the Site.
  2. By completing your registration, placing an order, or using the Site’s services in any other way, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to follow these terms.

Article 2: Definitions

  1. Member/Consumer: A natural person or legal entity who registers on the Site and uses its various services.
  2. Products: Including various smoking accessories sold on the Site (such as rolling papers, trays, cones, automatic rollers, filters, etc.) and other products announced by the Site.
  3. Order: The transaction record formed after the Consumer selects products and confirms the price, quantity, and delivery information on the Site.

Article 3: Membership and Registration

  1. In accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, our services are only available to individuals at least 20 years old or entities with legal status. If you are under 20 or do not have legal representative status, please do not register or use our services.
  2. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal or company information. If your info changes, please update it immediately. If a dispute occurs due to false or missing information, the Company may cancel your membership without notice.
  3. Members are responsible for keeping their account and password safe and are fully responsible for all activities under that account. If you notice any unauthorized use, please notify the Company immediately.

Article 4: Ordering and Contract Formation

  1. All product information, prices, stock, specifications, and promotions are subject to the latest announcements on the Site. The Company reserves the right to change these at any time.
  2. When you select products and confirm your order, it is considered an offer to purchase. The contract is officially formed once the Company confirms the order and sends a confirmation notice.
  3. If there is a data error or system glitch during the ordering process, the Company has the right to cancel or modify the order and will notify the Consumer via email or other appropriate methods.

Article 5: Pricing and Payment

  1. All product prices, shipping fees, and other charges are based on the info on the Site and will be clearly shown on the checkout page. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB).
  2. The Site provides the following payment methods:
    • Credit Card (All payment info is encrypted for your security).
    • Bank Transfer.
    • Other payment methods: The process and fees follow the rules of the respective platforms.

Article 6: Delivery

  1. Once an order is confirmed, the Company will ship the products based on the delivery info you provided and notify you of the status via email or SMS.
  2. Delivery time, shipping costs, and related matters depend on the product and the delivery method you choose. The Company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or third-party factors.
  3. Consumers must provide the correct shipping address. Any loss or delay caused by incorrect information will be the Consumer’s responsibility.

Article 7: Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  1. General Transactions: Unless the product has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during transit, or the wrong item was sent by the Company, all sales are final once the transaction is complete. You cannot request a return or refund.
  2. Special Cases: If the product does not match the order due to a system error, shipping mistake, or other Company responsibilities, the Consumer may contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange or refund.

Article 8: After-Sales Service

  1. The Company provides necessary after-sales service regarding product quality. If there is a defect from manufacturing or shipping, the Consumer must file a claim within 7 days of receiving the item. After verification, the Company will provide an exchange or replacement.
  2. The Company is not responsible for returns or exchanges if the problem is caused by improper use or is not an actual product defect.

Article 9: Personal Data Protection

  1. In accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and related laws, the Company will safely keep the personal data you provide during registration and ordering. Data will only be used for order processing, customer service, and marketing.
  2. The Company will not provide your personal data to any third party unless required by law or with your prior consent.

Article 10: Intellectual Property

  1. All content shown on the Site (including text, images, code, designs, etc.) belongs to the Company or its legal owners. You may not repost, copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written consent.
  2. When downloading or storing data from the Site for personal use, you must follow copyright laws and avoid any unauthorized use.

Article 11: Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  1. We strive to provide accurate info and stable service. However, the Company is not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by system maintenance, network outages, third-party factors, or force majeure that result in delays or service interruptions.
  2. The Company is not responsible for losses caused by the Consumer’s failure to follow these terms or the provision of false information.
  3. If the Consumer’s rights are damaged due to the Company’s intentional or gross negligence, the Consumer may claim their rights according to relevant laws.

Article 12: Changes to Terms

  1. The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any part of these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site and take effect from the date of the announcement.
  2. If you continue to use the Site after terms are changed, it means you agree to the new terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site immediately.

Article 13: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these terms are all governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
  2. If a dispute arises from these terms or our services, both parties should first try to negotiate. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to use the courts where the Company is located as the court of first instance.
