The Art of Specialized Division of Labor
Weedza divides the farm into 8 independent grow rooms. Each room grows only one specific strain, with its own dedicated lighting, temperature, and humidity.
We screen genetics plant by plant, keeping only those with the most exceptional aroma and flavor. After harvest, the buds enter a slow-drying room, allowing the aroma to release naturally over time.
They then go to a dedicated trimming room to be hand-trimmed one by one. This is a slower, more detailed process, but it preserves the trichomes—the most important part of the bud.
Finally, they are placed in independent storage rooms for curing at a constant temperature and humidity. This is more than just storage; it is the process where terpenes and flavors fully develop.
Time-Consuming Artisan Craftsmanship
From selection to curing, we choose a slower but more meticulous path.
Because Weedza knows that true art comes from professional specialization and patience for details.
- Genetic Selection: From thousands of plants, we select and keep only the cannabis strains with the most outstanding aroma and flavor.
- Slow Drying: After harvest, the buds enter a slow-drying room where their essence and aroma are gently concentrated over time.
- Hand Trimming: After drying, the buds are sent to a dedicated room to be hand-trimmed. We carefully preserve the precious trichomes, which are rich in active compounds.
- Curing: Finally, they are placed in independent storage for long-term, temperature-controlled curing. This key step awakens the flavor, allowing the terpenes and all layers of the plant to fully unfold.
Feminized Mother Plants
Why we use Feminized Mother Plants
1. Focus on Cannabinoids
- Male plants primarily produce pollen and do not yield flowers with commercial value.
- By cultivating only female plants, we ensure every plant on the farm produces buds rich in THC and CBD—the sole source of our premium products.
2. Prevent Pollination
- If male and female plants coexist, pollen from the males will pollinate the females. Once fertilized, the female plant redirects its energy toward producing seeds rather than developing more Resin and Trichomes (the primary sources of THC and CBD).
The Result: Harvested flowers will be full of seeds, significantly reducing their quality, flavor, and potency.
Cultivating feminized mother plants ensures that every single plant produces seedless, high-quality, and high-potency flowers of commercial-grade standards.
